About

I’m Mimi, a movement mentor offering functional, embodied movement practices focused on stability, integration, and sustainable strength.
My work supports people in reconnecting with their bodies through mindful movement, breath awareness, and nervous system–informed practices. Perfect for endurance athletes that want to work on their general joint conditions for an increased performance or people that want to find a sustainable way into physical practice.

I create on-demand movement sessions that emphasize functional patterns, embodied presence, and long-term physical resilience.

Additionally to my movement teacher certification I'm also a physiotherapist with a B.A. in Rehabilitation Education

and passionate Movement Practitioner that enjoys various things like Lifting, Dancing, Trailrunning and Freediving.
